Larry S. Rosen was the founding Partner of Rosen & Associates, LLP. Larry passed away in 2021, but his legacy lives on through his family, his friends and his accounting firm.

Larry was instrumental in the success and development of thousands of dental practices and dentists, over his more than 50 year accounting career. In order to continue to honor his legacy, we are very excited to announce the creation of the Larry S. Rosen Memorial Foundation.

This public charity (501 (c) 3), was created for 2 reasons:

First, to help students pursue a career in the field of dentistry, or the field of accounting, by providing scholarships to individuals that represent the qualities that made Larry the caring, smart, humble and loving person we all knew him to be.

Second, this charity will help provide funds to assist in finding a cure for Parkinson’s Disease, which unfortunately Larry lived with for several years.
